Our school year start has been very Pirate!!!! We ask to our students, and also the teachers, to go to school dressed as pirates. To each class came a bottle with a mysterious message that said: " We must all take the Pirate´s oath and to comply with the rules of these". The students had a great time, and teachers as well. It was a very fun to start the school year.
The European Day of Languages (EDL) is an annual celebration day to encourage language learning across Europe. It was first celebrated on the 26th September 2001, during the European Year of Languages. Every year, on that day, we enagage our students in different kind of activities in order to promote linguistic diversity and the ability to speak other languages. This year, all the classes had to prepare posters with information about various European countries and languages spoken by their citizens. Students also took part in a quiz about languages spoken all over the world - the tricky part was that they had to search the whole school to find the answers!
A new school year begins and we welcomed our students with the blessings of the church. A special welcome to our first graders.
September 26th,on the occasion of European day of languages a survey "Must people know foreign languages?" was conducted by students of " Ivan Sergeevich Turgenev" Primary school in the city of Razgrad.People of all ages were asked what they think about the importance of fluency in a foreign language;whether they speak a foreign language and which one they speak! It was a great and unforgettable experience for the students!😊
The beginning of the new school year is very busy. Teachers and students are planning the activities for the Erasmus meeting of next November. Here are some pictures of the work in progress!
