The purpose and subject of the meeting was coordination and realization of the project “Inspiring Schools – Aspiring Students”.

- Start the project's Facebook account.
- Provide an opportunity for teachers to observe lessons during visits.
- Make sure that the headteacher, deputy and coordinator(s) are acquainted with the contract and all the necessary financial regulations.
- Next meeting in Cyprus – arrival on the 27th November, departure on the 2nd (afternoon) or 3rd December.
- Send a programme of the visit and the budget at least 10 days in advance.
- Make an evaluation of the selected activities as marked in the schedule.
- Prepare questionnaires/interviews for students.
- Upload pre-project audits: scans or summary.
- Students councils' schedules should be ready for Cyprus. Poland will send an example by the end of October.
- Have a presentation of students councils' activities in every Short-term students exchange.
- Upload “Highlights of the month” every month (deadline is the 30th of each month)
- Let us know when you upload something on the project's website.
- Meet the deadlines.
- Bring to Cyprus photos on memory stick.
Erasmus+ Joint Staff Training Meeting in Periferiako Demotiko Sxoleio Peristeronas in Peristerona, Cyprus

The purpose of the meeting was to educate teachers on IT applications and the role and actions of the Student Parliament.

- Stop the project’s Facebook account.
- Find new ways to promote the project.
- We exchanged pen pals ‘letters. The children will have a 10days time limit to answer the letters. Letters will be sent to their home addresses besides Cyprus and Bulgaria where the letters will be sent to the school address.
- Every school must upload on the project’s website the instructions on how to make a Christmas decoration until the 9th of December.
- To create the book “A day in my School Life” the children will write essays about an event in school. The deadline is in May 2017. There's no limit on the length of the story. It can be an illustrated story and comics are allowed. Every school will choose the best two essays, translate them into English and send the translations and the original stories to each school.
- The meeting in Spain will be held between the 3rd of April and the 7th of April. Everyone must bring Easter crafts and the materials needed to make them.
- Students that will travel to Spain will create a trip diary about their visit. It’s up to them to decide whether they will do it alone or together.
- A Sport Relief will be held in Spain’s meeting. Students that will travel can collect a small amount of money(euros) in their countries and bring them to Spain.
- In every meeting each school must prepare a presentation about the actions of the Student Parliament.
- We should held an Erasmus+ day instead of a Europe day.
- For every charity event that will be held, the Student Parliament must be the one that will decide where the collected money will be donated.
- We should place an Erasmus+ sticker on everything that is bought with the Erasmus+ grant.
- It would be better if in the short-term student exchanges of students, the students stayed with local families. But the option of staying at a hotel is available.
- On Valentine’s day children can create cards and sell them for charity. They can celebrate love and friendship and exchange cards.
- A charity penny fair will be held near the end of the school year. Children will bring used items that will be sold at a low price.
